Welcome to CIPHER

CIPHER is dedicated to improving the health of New York citizens through public health literacy and the support of community-based organizations. CIPHER provides the opportunity for Mailman students to get involved with the local Washington Heights community, spreading public health literacy through health education initiatives and empowering young school kids through sports.
